An optical cable into the ground is an external wire intended for broadcasting an information signal in communication lines. Reliably transmits data over long distances. Used for the operation of all the latest communication channels (in industry and for home purposes).
Product design
An optical cable into the ground necessarily contains a pronounced core, surrounded by separate groups of fibers, varnished and placed in protective modular tubes. Armor made of corrugated steel tape allows the material to be used for laying in the ground. Externally, it has a dense shell made of high-density polyethylene, which acts as a moisture barrier and protects against temperature changes and mechanical damage.
Advantages:
- high data transfer speed (up to 10 Gbit/s);
- reliability of information security (to gain access, you need to physically connect special equipment);
- stability of flow transmission (the operation of a fiber-optic wire is based on a light pulse, which is less susceptible to the influence of magnetic interference than an electrical one);
- optical cable into the ground transmits information over a distance of up to 50 km.
The product is designed for a long service life (more than 25 years). Available at an attractive price.
